1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Lisvel (the “Service”) at lisvel.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Lisvel is a web-based tool to create invoices, quotes and related business documents. It runs in your browser and stores your data locally on your device. Lisvel is a document tool — it is not accounting, tax, or legal advice.

3. Beta

The Service is currently offered as a free public beta. It may change, break, or be unavailable, and features may be added or removed. We provide it “as is” during this period.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the documents you create, and for complying with the tax and invoicing rules of your jurisdiction.
You must keep your own backups (use the in-app JSON export). Because data is stored locally, clearing your browser data will erase it.
You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes or attempt to disrupt it.

5. Intellectual property

The Lisvel app, brand and design are owned by us. Documents and content you create remain yours.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss of data resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
